• When the message of “Cylinder Sensor Reset Request!” is displayed
1.
Raise the blade to the position where the tilting operation is possible with the blade kept off the ground.
2.
Place the blade control lever to tilt LEFT position (A) to
move the cylinder to the stroke end, and then keep as it is
for 2 seconds or more.
When the operation is completed, the screen of the control
box changes.
3.
While keeping the blade at tilt LEFT stroke end, place the
blade control lever to RAISE position (B) to move the cylin-
der to the stroke end, and then keep as it is for 2 seconds
or more.
When the operation is completed, the screen of the control
box changes.
4.
Lower the blade to the position where the tilting operation
is possible with the blade kept off the ground.
5.
Place the blade control lever to tilt RIGHT position (C) to
move the cylinder to the stroke end, and then keep as it is
for 2 seconds or more.
When the operation is completed, the screen of the control
box changes.
6.
While keeping the blade at tilt RIGHT stroke end, place the
blade control lever to RAISE position (B) to move the cylin-
der to the stroke end, and then keep as it is for 2 seconds
or more.
When the operation is completed, the screen of the control
box changes.
7.
Check the message on the control box screen.
When the message of “Cylinder Sensor Reset Request!”
goes out, resetting of the stroke end of lift cylinder is com-
pleted.
REMARK
• If the resetting of the stroke end of lift cylinder is not completed, lower the blade once, and repeat step 1
again.
Move the cylinder to the stroke end at certain speed.
• The resetting of the stroke end can be performed by right tilt operation.
In such case, follow the procedures displayed on the control box screen, and perform other operations.
• In order to protect the parts inside lift cylinder, if the tilting operation is performed while the joystick (steer-
ing, directional and gear shift lever) is in NEUTRAL position (N) and the blade is kept at the maximum
raised position, tilting is limited.
Lower the blade first, and perform the tilting operation.
