The message of “Cylinder Sensor Reset Request!” is dis-
played on the control box screen. The message screen is
displayed.
Reset the stroke end of cylinder.
Stroke end resetting operation can be performed only
while the message of “Cylinder Sensor Reset Request!” is
displayed on the control box screen. Before performing the
stroke end resetting operation again, turn the starting
switch to OFF position once, then turn it to ON position.
• When no message is displayed
The resetting of the stroke end of every cylinder has been completed, so the resetting is no more necessa-
ry.
RESET LIFT CYLINDER STROKE END

• When the message of “Cylinder Sensor Reset Request!” is displayed

Place the blade control lever to RAISE position (A) to
move the cylinder to the stroke end, and then keep as it is
for 2 seconds or more.

Check the message on the control box screen.
When the message of “Cylinder Sensor Reset Request!”
goes out, resetting of the stroke end of lift cylinder is com-
pleted.
REMARK
• If the resetting of the stroke end of lift cylinder is not
completed, lower the blade once, and repeat step 1
again.
Move the cylinder to the stroke end at certain speed.
• If the resetting of the stroke end of lift cylinder is not
completed after several trials of step 1, place the
blade control lever to LOWER position (C) to move the
cylinder to the stroke end of LOWER side, and then
keep as it is for 2 seconds or more.
At this time, machine is raised, so check that the sur-
roundings are safe.
