Repacking the Scanner
If you need to transport or ship the scanner, follow these repacking
instructions.
• Use the original scanner carton and packing materials. You will also
need shipping tape and scissors.
• Improper repacking of the scanner may cause damage during
handling and shipment.
• The scanner should always be handled in the horizontal position.
1. Turn the scanner off.
2. Disconnect the power cord from the scanner and electrical outlet.
3. Disconnect the USB cable from the scanner and the host PC.
4. Pack the scanner in the original carton using the packing materials.
