Video Cabling
7.1
Image Transmission via Cable
The video signals of a camera on the separate arm or a camera (bay) in the operating light are guided in
coaxial cables and transmitted via BNC.

Internally, special mini-coaxial plugs/couplers (1) are used.

When fitting the central bearing shaft to the ceiling tube, be sure to connect the mini-coaxial plugs (1) to
the matching – same-color – couplers extending from the central bearing shaft.

Above the ceiling tube, run the 17-m video cable (2) (YPbPr, 3x mini-coax to 3x BNC) to the wall box.
•
Plug the 3 BNC couplers at the other end (3) of the video cable onto the BNC connectors of the wall box.
Each cable consists of 3 color-marked BNC leads.
