Buzzer on OK
. Buzzer configuration for correct readings. We can enable
the buzzer assembled on the FingerVein Online electronics (internal), so that it is
enabled when a correct reading has occurred.

- Bit 1: not in use
- Bit 2: Internal buzzer enabled for TTL_0.
- Bits 3-7: not in use
