Keysight U2741A Programmer’s Reference Guide

[SENSe:]RESistance:RESolution

Syntax

[SENSe:]RESistance:RESolution <range|MIN|MAX|AUTO>

[SENSe:]RESistance:RESolution?

Description

This command selects the measurement resolution for resistance measurements.

Specify the resolution in the same units as the selected measurement function,

not in number of digits

Parameter

Remarks

– For the

parameter, you can substitute

MIN

MAX

for a

numeric value.

MIN

selects the smallest value accepted, which gives the

highest resolution;

MAX

selects the largest value accepted, which gives the

least resolution.

– The U2741A sets the resolution to 5.5 digits after a factory reset (

*RST

command).
