N4375D Lightwave Component Analyzer, User’s Guide
If you have already characterized the device and have a
.s2p file, for “Deembedding Data”, select “File”, and enter
or select the file.
7 If you have electrical components, such as RF cables,
waveguide or other adapters, or probe heads, between the
output port and your device under test, open and enable
the RF Path Deembedding.
8 Enter or select the file.
9 If you are using a 75
W
minimum loss pad, enable the RF
Path Deembedding, and make sure 75 Ohm is selected.
