Performance Verification

Verification Tests

DC Current Gain Verification

Connect the DC Standard across the Keysight E1412A I and LO Input terminals
as shown in Figure 4-4.

Set up the multimeter as follows: Configure for DC current, 10mA
CONF:CURR:DC 0.01

Set the DC Standard output to 10 mA.

Perform the measurement using the READ? command.

Verify the result is within specified limits and record the result.

Change ranges using CURR:RANG <range> and make a measurement for
each DCI input and range shown in Table 4-2 verifying the result is within
specified limits. Record the result.
