Description This command sets the sampling clock source and configures the sampling
frequency when using an external sampling clock to drive the module.
There is a fixed divisor factor per module. Refer to module specifications. The value
for external sampling frequency is std_float64.

Description This query returns the sampling clock source, frequency, and divisor as string and
std_float64.
