3.12 Use of headphones

CAUTION

Hearing damage possible

Using headphones or earphones at high 
volume may result in permanent hearing 
damage.

• Do not set the volume too high.

3.13 Lamp breakage

CAUTION

Risk of mercury toxicity

Risk of mercury toxicity after a lamp 
breakage. Please comply with the 
following instructions:

• you must immediately disconnect the 

tanning device from the mains power.

• have children immediately leave the 

room.

• you must ventilate the room for at 

least 15 minutes.

• put on disposable gloves.
• open the window first, then collect 

the glass shards and escaped mer-
cury and put it into a sealable con-
tainer.

• bring the container to a collection site 

for waste lamps.

3.14 Plug connections

When installing connectors during instal-
lation or maintenance work, make sure 
that all connectors are plugged into the 
socket housing to the end stop.
