Main menu - Service menu

Calling up the menu

From the TV picture, press the



button to open the main menu. Now select “Service menu”, using

the



buttons, and con

fi

rm the call up of the menu using the



button. The following on-screen

display appears:

You can choose between various different
menus:

- Software Update (by satellite)

- Software Update by USB

- Factory

Reset

Operating software currently in use on the
receiver with change date.

Use the



buttons to select the desired menu and con

fi

rm with the



button.

Automatic software update

The receiver automatically searches for any new software available every day when updating the tvtv data.

The receiver does not make the changes automatically without your approval, but
saves them temporarily until the next time the receiver is started.
The on-screen display(s) shown on the next page appear below on the next restart.

You can specify which software updates you would like to perform and which you would
prefer not. However, there are mandatory software updates from HD+ or CI+ which may be
postponed
