E04 SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION ERROR Software configuration is incorrect Send unit in for repair.

E09 MOTOR DEFECTIVE M1 Motor on channel 1 is defective Release footswitch and restart. If the error persists, a
different handpiece must be used.
E10 MOTOR DEFECTIVE M2 Motor on channel 2 is defective See E09
E11 NO FOOTSWITCH Footswitch not connected correctly Connect footswitch.
E12 NO MOTOR No motor or handpiece connected If the error persists, check whether the error is on the
footswitch or device. Send the defective component
in for repair.
E13 TOO HIGH TEMPERATURE MOTOR

Motor or handpiece on channel 1 overheated Allow the connected handpiece to cool down or
operate an additional handpiece on the 2nd channel.

E16 IRRIGATION PUMP NOT CLOSED Pump lever not connected correctly Set pump lever vertically. If the error persists, the
device must be sent in for repair.

is not supported.

update by Service may be necessary.
E18 MOTOR NOT SUPPORTED M2 The motor or handpiece connected on channel 2
is not supported.

ration
Release footswitch and restart. If the error persists,
clean the handpiece or exchange the attachment.
