Change of supply unit
The supply unit for MULTICAL® 62 can be changed from mains supply to battery, or visa versa, as the needs
of the utility change. Thus, it can be an advantage to change mains supplied meters to battery supplied
meters in buildings under construction, where the mains supply can be unstable or periodically missing.
The change from battery to mains supply or visa versa does not require reprogramming as MULTICAL® 62
does not include an information code for worn out battery.
However, mains supply must not be changed to battery if MULTICAL® 62 is fitted with one of the following
base modules:
