8 Troubleshooting

If you were unable to solve the problem, contact Customer

Support in your country (see Chapter ‘JURA contact details /

Legal information’).

Problem

Cause/Result

Action

Little or no water or steam

comes out of the frother.

The pump is very quiet.

The Connector System

may be blocked by milk

residues or descaling

fragments loosened

during descaling.

Remove the frother from the

Connector System

Unscrew the black connector with

the aid of the hexagonal hole on the

measuring spoon for pre-ground

coffee.

Clean the connector thoroughly.

Manually screw the connector back

on to the Connector System

Carefully tighten it using the

hexagonal hole on the measuring

spoon, turning by no more than a

quarter of a rotation.

ERROR 2

is displayed.

If the machine was

exposed to the cold for

a long period of time,

heating is disabled for

safety reasons.

Warm the machine at room

temperature.

Other

ERROR

messages are displayed.
