8. Error and status messages
8.1 NC error messages: from 65000 to 65999
65000 Invalid grinding geometry programmed !!!
Situation: After Machining Grinding START.
Conse-
quences: Machining Grinding is interrupted.
Meaning: When you start Machining Grinding, the system checks whether or not
the technology is compatible with the geometry. If not, error message
65000 is displayed.
What tot do: Select a valid grinding geometry in Grinding Program.
65001 No dressing technology programmed !!!
Situation: After Machining Grinding/Dressing START.
Conse-
quences: Machining Grinding/Dressing is interrupted.
Meaning: You did not select a valid dressing technology in Dressing Program.
What to do: Either select a valid dressing technology or deselect dressing mode.
65002 No grinding technology programmed !!!
Situation: After Machining Grinding START.
Conse-
quences: Machining Grinding is interrupted.
Meaning: You have programmed a geometry without a grinding technology.
What to do: Select a valid grinding technology and press the „Select“ softkey in
Grinding Program.
65003 Initialize system !!!
Situation: After Machining Grinding/Dressing START.
Conse-
quences: Machining is interrupted and cannot be continued.
Meaning: You interrupted NC processing with an error or a reset, either during
machining or during a tool change. The internal data is partly no longer
valid and needs re-initializing.
What to do: Press the “Initialize System“ softkey in Jung Commissioning, then
set up the entire machine again.
