700036 Important: Traverse machine to reference point !!!
Situation: After machine ON.
Conse-
quences: It is only possible to position the axes at the normal feed rate.
Meaning: You must traverse the machine to the reference point before you can
start a grinding program.
What to do: Traverse to the referece point.
700037 Continue machining at breakpoint !!!
Situation: When you attempt to traverse clear in the Y-axis then start an NC pro-
gram.
Conse-
quences: An error is indicated.
Meaning: After you have traversed clear in the Y-axis and started an NC pro-
gram, you must decide whether or not you want to continue machining
at the breakpoint.
If so, start the NC program again. If not, press the Reset key.
What to do: NC start or NC reset.
700038 Control lever for X-axis open ???
Situation: During a hydraulic motion in the X-axis.
Conse-
quences: No reciprocating motion in the X-axis.
Meaning: The control lever for adjusting the speed in the X-axis is set to 0.
What to do: Open the control lever.
700039 V-axis in limit position !!!
Situation: When traversing in the V-axis.
Conse-
quences: It is no longer possible to traverse in the V-axis.
Meaning: The axis has collided with a limit switch.
What to do: Traverse clear in the opposite axis direction.
