5. Do not connect other sources to the unit. Do not connect it to the mains.
6. Immediately switch the generator off under conditions as follows:
- Unsteady or uneven engine run
- Electrical output decline
- connected appliance overheating
- Excessive generator vibrations
- Sparkling
- Smoke or fire
7. Make sure that there is enough fuel before connecting the generator to the appliance
8. Never refuel while the unit is running. Before refuelling, let the unit cool down for 54 minutes as a
minimum after any use.
8. Never touch the unit hot parts.
9. Do not store fuel near the unit.
10.The silencer and the air filter work as flame trap. Make sure that the parts are installed correctly and in
perfect condition.
OPERATION
NOTE: THE GENERATOR HAS BEEN SHIPPED WITHOUT ENGINE OIL. FILL WITH OIL OR IT
WILL NOT START.
1.Start the engine
-Turn the On/off / Electric starting (2) to the “START” position until the engine has started.
NOTE: Do not connect the electric load or equipment before starting the engine.
- Open the fuel cock by turning it down.

-Push the diesel engine on/off (16)to the right.
2. Connecting Electric Devices
AC application
a) Ensure that electrical equipment is switched off before connecting to the generator.
b) Connect the plug of the electrical equipment into the appropriate socket.
c) The generator can supply 230 V AC or 400V output. When you need to use a 400V socket, please turn the
voltage switch(3) to position"1". When you need to use the 230V socket, then turn to position"2".
12V DC application
a) Set 12 V overheating fuse (7) to “ON”
b) Connect the DC cable to the DC output.
c) Clamp the red wire to the positive (+) terminaland the black wire to the negative (-) terminal of the
equipment you would like to use.
d) If the 12 V overheating fuse (7) is activated, wait for a few minutes and then press the DC breaker shown
above.
CAUTION!
• Be sure the total load is within generator rated output.
• Make sure that the appliance being connected is in good working order, if it begins to act
abnormally or stops suddenly, disconnect it from the generator.
• Any device with contains an inductive load e.g. devices that contain a motor may require
more current on startup.
3. Shutting Down the Generator
- Disconnect all appliances connected to the generator.
-Turn the On/off / Electric starting (2) to the “OFF”
-Close the fuel cock by turning it up.
