Sewing counting function (Function setting No. 14)
The functon counts up every tme thread trmmng s completed and counts the number of completon of
the sewng process.
0 : off Sewng countng functon s noperatve.
1 : on Sewing counting function is operative. (Every time thread trimming
s performed)
2 : on External sewing counter switch input.
(Caution) the sewing counter can only be operative when the CP-180 is used with the sewing machine.
The counter ndcaton changes as shown below accordng to the combnaton of settng No. 6 and settng
No. 14.

Neutral automatic presser lifting function (with aK device only) (Function setting No. 21 and No.155)
Ths functon can automatcally lft the presser foot when the pedal s n the neutral poston.
The automatc lftng tme depends on the No. 47 Automatc presser foot lfter retanng tme. In the case the
presser foot automatcally comes down, the presser foot automatcally goes up by brngng t to the neutral
poston after t has moved away from that poston. (Solenod type only)
(Caution) this function is disabled when No. 93 Needle up/down switch additional function setting is "2."

0 : Not provded wth the functon of automatc presser foot lftng at neutral
poston of pedal
1 : Provded wth selectable functon of automatc presser foot lftng at neu-
tral poston of pedal
2 : Provded wth the functon of automatc presser foot lftng at neutral po-
ston of pedal when enabled and added wth the functon of conductng
alternate operaton by depressng the back part of pedal
(Caution) the alternate function is carried out regardless of the set-
ting of No. 155.

Needle up/down switch function changeover function (Function setting No. 22)
The needle up/down swtch functon can be changed over between the needle up/down compensaton and
one sttch compensaton.
0 : Needle up / down compensatng sttchng
1 : One sttch compensatng sttchng

Setting of the suction time of the back-tack solenoid (Function setting No. 29)
Ths functon can change the sucton tme of the back-tack solenod.
It s effectve to decrease the value when the heat s hgh.
(Caution) When the value is excessively decreased, failure of motion or defective pitch will follow.
Be careful when changing the value.
Settng range : 50 to 500 ms < 10 ms >
