6. Maintenance

Safety

(H) that is broken;

NOTE: Generally, the broken pin is located in

the biggest gear's shaft.

Install a new safety pin;

Using a compression punch, crimp

the pins’ ends so that they are tightly-

mounted;

Replace the box (F), the gears (E), the

cover (D).

6.5.2- How to replace the safety pin of

the drums

When the safety pin of one of the drums

breaks, it stops working. Replace the pin on

that drum, proceeding as described below:

Remove the cover (J) from the gearbox;

Remove the bigger gear (K);

Using the pin punch found in the machine

toolbox, remove the safety pin (L) that is

broken;

Install a new safety pin;

Using a compression punch, crimp

the pins’ ends so that they are tightly-

mounted;

Replace the bigger gear (K) and the cover

(J).

ATTENTION!

Turn off the tractor and remove

the ignition key before starting

the following procedure.
