Instructions Manual

6. Maintenance

Change the sharpener stone when it shows a

loss of sharpening capacity.

Remove the bolts (A) and (B);

Remove the cover (C) from the sharpener;

Using an 'Allen' key, remove the four bolts

(D);

Remove the sharpener (F) from the rails;

Remove the four bolts (G) that secure the

stone (H) to the sharpener;

Replace the stone set (H) with a new one;

Fix the stone assembly with the four bolts

(G), fit the sharpener to the rails, mount

the sharpener on the machine, place the

sharpener cover and secure it with the

two bolts (A).

Always use original stones. Inappropriate

stone may break during sharpening and

cause an accident with personal injury and

damage to the machine.

The use of PPE (suitable gloves and safety

goggles) is mandatory during the above

procedure.

6.4.3- How to replace sharpening stone

ATTENTION!

Turn off the tractor and remove

the ignition key before starting

the following procedure.
