Swim Spa Maintenance
Proper and regular maintenance of your swim spa will help it retain its beauty and perfor-
mance. Your authorized Jacuzzi dealer can supply you with all the informa on, supplies, and
accessory products you will need to accomplish this.

RISK OF SEVERE INJURY OR DROWNING BY ENTRAPMENT!
Keep hair, loose ar cles of clothing or hanging jewelry away from suc on fi ngs, ro-
ta ng jets or other moving components to avoid entrapment that could lead to drown-
ing or severe injury.
Never use the swim spa unless all suc on guards, filter, filter lid, or skimmer assembly
are installed to prevent body and/or hair entrapment.
Never operate or use the swim spa if the filter, filter lid, or skimmer assembly are broken
or any part of the skimmer assembly is missing. Please contact your dealer or nearest
service center for service.
The suc on fi ngs and suc on covers in the swim spa are sized to match the specific
water flow created by the pump(s). If it is necessary to replace the suc on fi ngs, suc-
on covers or pump(s), be sure that the flow rates are compa ble and are in compliance
with the VGB Safety Act, page 2.
Never replace a suc on fi ng or suc on cover with one rated less than the flow rate
marked on the original suc on fi ng. Using improper suc on fi ngs or suc on covers
can create a body or hair suc on entrapment hazard that may lead to drowning or se-
vere injury.
Owners must alert all swim spa users to the poten al risk of Hair, Limb, Body, Eviscera-
on (disembowelment), and Mechanical Entrapment.
12.1 Cleaning the Filter Cartridges
A reminder message appears on the control panel display a er a specified number of days to
remind you to clean the skimmer filters. This reminder must be reset at each filter cleaning
interval.
