3. Insert the tool holder with cleaning tool
in position into the loading aid
according to the specified insertion
direction (1).
4. Place the tool holder into the loading
aid (2).
5. Press the lever on the loading aid
upwards until a resistance is felt.
Continue to push gently until the tool
holder clicks into place.

The tool holder with the cleaning tool is transferred to the material and tool changer.

The device will unload the tool and block holders - one by one - including the ESD pins that
are still in the device.
5.7.4 Finalizing the set-up
1. In order to remove the ESD pins that have remained in the device, follow the instruction
in the app.
2. Check the app for further tasks and perform these tasks (e.g. insert the tank).

The device will automatically perform a self test.

After successful self test, the device is ready for operation.
5.8 Using the app on other mobile devices

WLAN is connected to the network in which PrograMill One can be found.
1. Download the [PrograMill One] app from the respective store (iTunes, Play Store etc.) onto
your mobile device.
2. Start the [PrograMill One] app and connect to PrograMill One (“Connecting the tablet and
PrograMill One”, page 40).
