1 - Disconnect the belt direction motorized roller cable (M1)
2 - Remove all the free rollers and the motorized roller
(See roller replacement)
3 - Remove all the flat belt cassettes
(and the plates for large sizes)
, starting from those in the middle.
The number of cassettes depends on the size of the F-RAT-S
4 - Remove the nut and bolt as shown below (A and B), and then replace the belt motorized roller.
5 - Follow instructions 3 to 1 for reassembly of the parts.
Make sure that the cassettes are in the proper position.
6 - Check the tension of the flat belts during reassembly and readjust if necessary.
