• Before carrying out any work, make sure that the electrical installation safety-locking procedure has been implemented
to ensure safety and avoid accidents.
• Maintenance must be carried out by the trained and authorized person.

transfer
direction
motorized
roller

Disconnect the motorized connector from the control panel
(see Figure 1)
Remove the bolts shown in Figure 1 to remove the pulley guard plate.
Remove the bolts on the side cover, and then remove the side cover.
Remove the free rollers and the belts.
Remove the attaching plate and the motorized roller being careful not to damage the motor connector and cable.
Replace the motorized roller and refit the parts following steps to above.
Make sure that the ribbed belts are properly positioned as shown in Figure 2

5. Lock the shaft inside the conveyor with a 13mm
spanner and screw the M8 bolt and washer into
the Power Moller
®
shaft with a 6mm allen key.
