Notes:
1. “Raised hearth” requires additional rough opening
height at “B” equal to the height of the raised hearth
detail.
2. Rough framing dimension for depth “C” allows for
one and one-half inch (1-1/2”) clearance at the back of
the IBV.
3. Keep all insulation and vapor barriers three inches
(3”) away from all IBV surfaces.
4. Opening height of 83” requires minimum 9’ flue; 93”
height requires minimum 12’ flue.
