however, as  T 2000  reaches only 3000 V, the  test voltage is
normally much less than the nominal voltage rating, so the test
can be useful to measure the leakage current, at lower voltage.

Test parameters are:
. Min V: the voltage after which we start measuring the elapsed
test time. It can be zero, or any value less than Max V.
. Max V: the voltage that should not be exceeded during the test.
If this occurs, i.e. if the operator adjusts a voltage value more
than Max V, the test is automatically interrupted, and the
operator alerted by a message.
. Max I: the current that should not be exceeded during the test.
If this occurs, i.e. if the load sinks a current more than Max I, the
test is automatically interrupted, and the operator alerted by a
message.
. Max T: the test time, measured from when the test voltage is
more than Min V, that should not be exceeded during the test. If
this occurs, i.e. if the elapsed time is more than Max T, the test is
automatically interrupted, and the operator alerted by a message.

Test results are:
. The test voltage when SAVE is pressed;
. The sink current when SAVE is pressed;
. The elapsed test time, measured from when the test voltage is
more than Min V to the SAVE command,
. The isolation impedance, that is the ratio of the above measured
voltage and current: the ma in component is the stray
capacitance.
