• 4 mm Allen key
• TX 40 wrench
• Oblique pliers
• Cable ties
Removing Lifter Column
1. Remove rear battery box shroud. See 6.8.1 Replacing
Rear Shroud, page 55 .
2. Remove center battery box shroud. See 6.8.2 Replacing
Centre Shroud, page 55 .
3. Remove front battery box shroud. See 6.8.3 Replacing
Front Shroud, page 56 .
4. Remove seat. See 6.12 Seating, page 87 .
5. Disconnect cable of lifter column from actuator module
on battery box.
6. Open cable clamps and expose cable.
7. Place mobility device on its side and safeguard it
against overturning. Use proper lifting techniques.
8. Loosen and remove four screws (3) on underside of
chassis (2).
9. Remove lifter column (1).

Installing Lifter Column
1. Install parts in reverse order.
2. Test all functions.
