Note

: The active zoom ratio is the magnification level the camera will zoom into

when motion is detected.

Use the PTZ configurations menu to clear all presets, preset tours, shadow tours,
privacy masks, PTZ limits, scheduled tasks, and park actions.

To clear PTZ configurations:

1. From the menu toolbar, click
