4. Third-party or "aftermarket" parts or products installed in-or attached to Insta
equipment without Insta authorization and/or by non-Insta technicians-or by technicians
not currently certified and authorized by Insta-will void all or part of this Warranty should
Insta subsequently identify damage caused by those parts or products or by their
incorrect installation.
5. Parts that fail due to normal wear-and-tear-and expendable parts such as motor
brushes, filters, and fuses, are excluded.
6. Tray transport belts are not covered under Warranty for normal wear-and-tear or
owner misuse.
7. Parts that fail due to misuse or from the owner's failure to provide required
maintenance are excluded from this Warranty.
8. The Customer must provide a clean, moisture-free air supply for all pneumatically-
operated equipment. Failure to do so may result in the premature failure of pneumatic
equipment or components, including air seals, cylinders and valves. Component failure,
determined by Insta, to be caused by Customer's failure to provide a moisture-free air
supply will not be covered by this Warranty.

Center at 562-404-3000. Supply the model, serial number and purchase date of the
equipment.
Insta will ask you to
After contacting Insta you may be asked to troubleshoot the problem under the
guidance of an Insta technician. If the issue identified requires Insta technician to be on-
site: travel/accommodations are to be paid by the Customer.
Do not attempt to troubleshoot/repair your machine without first contacting
Insta. This will void the Warranty and personnel could be injured by moving parts
and/or high voltage.
If the problem reported concerning The Product is covered by this warranty and if
you first reported the problem to Insta within the applicable warranty period, Insta will
repair or replace The Product at Insta’s discretion.
If The Product is not covered by this warranty, you will be charged for any service
and replacement parts/products and travel expenses at Insta’s then current published
rates.
