Heat Press Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to equipment manufactured by Insta
Graphic Systems (“Insta”) and is given only to the original end-use/retail purchaser
(“Customer”) of the accompanying product and accessories (“The Product”).
This Warranty takes effect on the day the product is delivered to the Customer. If the
equipment is to be installed by Insta, the Warranty takes effect upon installation or two
weeks after delivery, whichever comes first. Damage that occurs in transit is not
covered under this Warranty, and it is up to the Customer to file damage claims with the
carrier. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, the product is
warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the length of the Warranty
period.
Length of the Warranty Periods

Machine
Warranty:

Five years on the heating element.
o
One year parts.
o
90 day labor from the original purchase date (labor hours worked only, the
flight, hotel, and other related expenses are additional and will be billed at
actual rate incurred).

Machine Parts and Accessory Items Warranty: 90 days from the original purchase
date.
Warranty coverage provides for the replacement or repair of parts found by Insta to
be defective during the term of the Warranty and subject to conditions set forth in
"Limitations of Warranty". Insta may, at its discretion, choose to repair, rather than
replace, defective parts covered under this Warranty. Insta reserves the right of final
decision as to the applicability of Warranty provisions.
Limitations of Warranty
1. This Warranty applies only to the original Equipment Purchaser, and is not
transferable.
2. This Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from the Customer's improper
installation, maintenance, or use.
3. Any modification of equipment not authorized by Insta in writing—including
alteration/modification of the serial number—or any misuse or operation outside of the
manufacturer's intended conditions of use for the product-shall terminate the Warranty.
