The [Connect To Phone Number] guest service requires additional
programming. Double-clicking on this service, once assigned to the Guest
Services menu, will make the following window appear.

If the phone number to which you’re connecting is a restaurant, for example, you
should record Open and Closed prompts. The Open prompt could be recorded to
simply say “Please hold while we connect your call.” The Closed prompt could
state the times that the establishment is open.
