Lists tab

 

This area controls “personal” distribution list setup. The eight personal 
distribution lists are labeled *1 through *8, as opposed to **1 through **8 for 
“system” distribution lists. Otherwise, the two types of lists are very similar. For 
more details, see the 

Distribution lists

 section earlier in this chapter. 

Email tab

 

Elite has the ability to forward a new voice message to single or multiple email 
addresses.  This area allows you to enable the feature, and add email addresses 
that will receive the forwarded message. Typically, the email will include the 
wave file attachment. But you may also specify that the file not be attached. This 
may be the case where you just want to send the email as a notification only, 
such as sending a text message to the staff user’s cell phone. 
Click on the Email tab of the staff mailbox to display the form below.
