Chapter 2: Mailboxes & other features

3. Add services to the menu using the following options:

•

Drag a guest service from the list on the right side over an <Empty> listing in
the Guest Services menu, and release the mouse.

•

Double-click an <Empty> listing in the Guest Services menu and choose the
guest service from the list in the next window.

The example in the following illustration shows a basic Guest Services setup.

It’s advisable to program “Return to Voice Mail” as the final option in the menu,
which allows the guest to go back to the message review portion of the mailbox.
The following illustration shows a slightly more complex Guest Services setup:
