Chapter 2: Mailboxes & other features

4. Click the Dial button to display the following window.

5. Enter the extension or telephone

number you want the system to call.

By default, the last voice port is used to dial out, but you can enter a new

Voice port

number or change it by clicking the up and down arrows.

6. Answer the phone and say “Hello” (voice activated).

If entering a telephone number, you must add “9,” before the number.
