14. MAINTENANCE
- Do not move the machine with the tank or bucket full of
material.
If, due to an anomaly, the compressor stops during work, promptly
wash the machine and the pipes.
Make sure there were no oil leaks from the hydraulic system,
reduction unit, engine or the compressor circuit during the stop.
In case of doubt, check the oil levels (that of the hydraulic power

Perform the periodical maintenance operations indicated in the
Diesel engine and compressor manuals.
14.1 DAILY MAINTENANCE
Every day, at the end of work and with the machine running,
grease
the two points of the mixer shaft support.
A grease pump is supplied with the machine for that purpose.
The operation is complete when grease comes out of the shaft
glands.
Do not apply more grease, so as not to pollute the material to be
pumped at the start of work.
Always grease the mixer shaft supports at end of work,

the seals and supports.
Every day, check correct operation of the safety devices, and in

In which case, every week make sure the grease tank is full,
topping-up with a grease gun if necessary.
14.2 WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
Every week a specialised person must grease all the necessary
points on the machine and also perform a general machine check.
In particular, make sure:
- The mixer shaft seals and tank hatch are in good condition
- The mixer blades are not too worn
- The delivery manifold is clean at the air injection point and that it
is not worn
- There are no deep cuts or abrasions on the armour that
could compromise its functionality:

equipment and require its replacement.
- Make sure the pipes, connections and respective seals and
safety split pins are in good condition
- Valves, non-return valves, cable winder and scraper cable are in
good condition
- In general, that the entire machine and relevant accessories are

14.3 SIX-MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
Every six months have the machine checked by an authori-
sed IMER assistance centre.
- Old oil is special waste. Therefore it must be disposed
of according to current regulations.
- Always keep the wordings and indications on the
machine legible.
15. REPAIRS
- Repair, maintenance or lubrication operations must
always be performed with the machine stopped and the feed
disconnected.
Repairs to the electrical systems must only be carried out by
specialist personnel.
Only use original IMER replacement parts, which must not be

- If any guards are removed for repairs, ensure they are
