10. ENGINE AND COMPRESSOR CHECK
Check the engine oil level and the Diesel fuel tank level before
starting work.

The machine can be used as a compressor, as well as a screed
pump. In which case the ball valve (ref.1) must be positioned in
pos.1b, and the selector (ref.5) on COMPRESSOR. Just open and
close the ball valve, located on the towing side of the compressor,

When using the machine as a SCREED PUMP the ball valve
(ref.1) must be in position 1a and the selector on TANK. The
ball valve on the towing side of the compressor must be closed

Close the hatch and the safety ball valve on it.
Do at test run:

on, the compressor goes to max. speed (version 5200 Nl/min),
and starts delivering air. After about 30 sec. it goes to min. speed:

Try lifting and lowering the loading bucket by means of the distribu-

You are now ready to operate.
The aggregate used must be screened and washed aggregate -

size: in practice, this means the sand must not be dirty and that

Fill the tank up to just under half with sand, add cement - 1 bag, 1
bag and 1/2 (1 bag = 25 kg), water, and then the remaining sand,
until the tank is about 3/4 full.

with the last 3-4 shovelfuls of sand the mixing worsens and the
torque required by the mixer increases very much, and therefore

Allow the mixer to turn for a few seconds, make sure the mixture
wetness is that required, clean the hatch seal and the edge of the
hatch collar, where the seal rests.
- Make sure to wear suitable and certified gloves when
carrying out this operation.
Close the hatch, close the hatch ball valve lever, wait a few secon-
ds for the mixing phase to end, then start pumping by pressing the
START button.
