Select the search by criteria by selecting a radio button:

The default is text.

If you selected text, enter the word or phrase that you would like to search for in the
Filter Text 1)
text box, select an AND/OR operator from the drop-down menu and then select the word or phrase
that you would like to search for in the
Filter Text 2)
text box.

If you selected date, enter a Start date and an End date in the format DD/MM.

Refresh
