If the status of the fingerprint is OK, register your fingerprint again.

If something had been attached to fingerprint or fingerprint had had a scar when you regist

ered, fingerprint recognition may not work properly.

If the problem persists, please contact service center.

I want to register 2 fingerprints for 1 ID.

Please check if Dual Fingerprint Mode is set to "USE".

If you use Dual Fingerprint Mode, you can register 2 fingerprints for 1 ID just in case a finger

print is injured.
