7.10 Status bar

This section displays the model number, serial number, firmware version of the connected sensor. Icons on

the right show connection state and operating state. Table 7-17 explains the meaning of each icon.

Table 7-17 Status bar icon

Icon

Description

Indicates the connected state with SE2L.

Indicates the disconnected state with SE2L.

Indicates the protection state when SE2L is disconnected or in the

monitor mode when connected.

Indicates the configuration state when connected with SE2L

7.11 Connecting SE2L with PC

Supply the power to SE2L and connect with PC through USB cable.

When connection is established application will automatically detect the SE2L and displays its COM

port. If it is not displayed, click rescan

icon on the toolbar to refresh the COM port.

Click connect device

icon on the tool bar and enter the password when dialog appears (refer to

section 7.12).

Connection status is shown on the information tab. When SE2L is successfully connected, icon changes

to connected

state.

When the SE2L is disconnected, icon changes to disconnected

state.



Do not use the USB hub.



When SE2L is not detected even if it is connected to the PC, click the port

refresh button.



When an additional SE2L is connected on the same PC, click the port refresh

button.
