Replacing Pick Rollers
1. Remove the Pick Roller from the Pulley (Pick) (a Pick Roller is just inserted without glue so
you can remove it with your hand and replace it). Remove two Pick Rollers to the side away
from the gear.
2. Install Pick Rollers using the above steps in reverse.
The Marking on the Pick Rollers should be mounted on the same side of the Pick Gear.
3. After you install a Pick Roller, in order for the Pulley (Pick) and the Pick Roller to fit together
completely, rotate the feed roller with your palm a couple of times while pushing it firmly.

Replacing Separator Rollers
1.
Remove the Separator Roller from the Pulley (Sparate) (a Separator Roller is just inserted
without glue so you can remove it with your hand and replace it).
2. Install Separator Rollers using the above steps in reverse.
Install a Separator Roller so that the marking side should face the Separator Gear side.
3. After you install a Separator Roller, in order for the Pulley (Separate) and the Separator
Roller to fit together completely, rotate the Separator Roller with your palm a couple of times
while pushing it firmly.
