Installing a Drive in Bay 2

Do one of the following:

a. If a drive is not present in bay 1, disconnect the cables attached to the

drive in bay 2. Next, remove the drive bracket by removing the screws at
the front and sliding the bracket backwards to clear the alignment slots.
Lift the bracket from the computer.

b. If a drive is present in bay 1, disconnect the cables attached to that drive.

Next, remove the drive bracket by removing the screws at the front and
sliding the bracket backwards to clear the alignment slots.

Lift the bracket from the computer, and then disconnect the power and
signal cables connected to the drive in bay 2.
