NCP, SSP, and EP Diagnosis Guide (LY30-5591)

This manual is designed to help customers and IBM program service representative isolate and define
problem in NCP Version 3, NCP Version 4, NCP V4 Subset, NCP Version 5, and EP in the PEP environ-
ment using SSP Version 3. The primary purpose of the manual is to help the user interact with the IBM
Support Center to resolve a problem. Procedures in these manuals describe how to:

Gather appropriate documentation about the problem
