PC Doctor for Windows NT

The PC Doctor for Windows NT (4.0) program is provided on the IBM
Ready-to-Configure Utility Program CD or IBM Software Selections CD. This diagnostic
program is designed specifically for the Windows NT operating environment and
can be used only when Windows NT is active. This program not only tests the
hardware, but also analyzes certain software components of your computer. The
program is especially useful in isolating problems related to the operating system
and device drivers.

To use the PC Doctor for Windows NT program:

1. If you have not already done so, install the program onto your hard disk.

(Information about installing software from the IBM Ready-to-Configure Utility
Program CD or the IBM Software Selections CD is in About Your Software.)

2. To run the program after it is installed, select it from the Programs choice on

the Start menu and follow the instructions on the screen. Help is available
online.

CoSession Remote

CoSession Remote is a remote-control diagnostic program that can be used by
another individual, such as an IBM technical support representative or your
in-house administrator, to help diagnose from a remote location, problems with
your computer. CoSession is provided on the Ready-to-Configure Utility Program CD
for your computer. To use CoSession, it must be installed in your computer.

Important

Before attempting to use CoSession, contact IBM or your in-house administrator
for specific instructions on setting up and using the program.
