Configuration and 
Commissioning 

New Instrument 

For commissioning a new SiViB connect the instrument to your PC using a null modem cable. Connect 
the 24 Volts power supply and switch it on. Boot your PC and start Record Control. From main window 
select 

New Instrument

. Fill the next empty row of the table with the serial number (see nameplate) 

and the names for the measurement points according to your application.  
 
Example: 

 

Click 

Store

 for saving to file and quitting the window.  

Now you will find the instrument’

s name in the selection box in the main window.  

 

Select the required instrument.
