3. Press the Return key again.

4. Use key to move the cursor,
and then select * Increment and
press the Return key.

5. Select speed with the key.
Move the slider with the key

possible. (Upon that, the speed
will increase to 1, 10, 30, 50, and
100 mm/sec every one second.
However, only the maximum
speed will be gained if the
maximum speed is slower than
the specified speed.)
When the desired position is far,
move close to this function, and
release the arrow key once, and
return to the increment for detail
adjustment.
