7. Maintenance
7.1 Replacement of cutting blade
1. turn off the main switch and make sure that the blade doesn’t rotate.
2. open the door at the right hand side.
3. lift up the shaft (3) while you turn the blade slowly until it clicks in to a locked position
(you are not able to turn the blade).
4. Keep the shaft in position and loosen the screw (1). note! left threaded.
5. remove the blade and the outer adapter (2).
6. clean the adapters and the shaft, make sure that they don’t have any dents.
7. put in the new blade. make sure that the direction arrow on the blade corresponds to
the direction arrow on the outer adapter.
8. tighten the blade. moment of torsion 80nm.
9. be sure that the tool (shaft) is in it’s lower position (not engaged).
Warning !
always use protective gloves when changing the cutting blade.
Important !
start the cutting machine and check that no vibrations occure.

Alarm list menu
The alarm "Feeding error" is caused by hose tangle or slip between the hose and the
measuring wheel. The alarm symbol will blink in the upper right corner in the main menu
when an alarm has come up. Press 1 and 2 to reset the alarm to be able to continue the
cutting process.
If the alarm comes up frequently adjust the sensitivity level.
