1. turn off the main switch on the inductive heating unit and the cutting machine.
2. turn off air supply.
3. disconnect the black and the blue air supply hose (picture 1).
4. disconnect the contacts on the two reed contacts (picture 2).
5. unscrew the air cylinders (picture 3).
6. unscrew the cover plate (picture 4)
7. unscrew the toolholders. two screws at the front and one at the backside (picture 5).
8. remove the cooling unit by disconnecting the air supply hose and unscrew the knob
(picture 6). this can only be used together with the inductive heating unit.
9. remove the guiding plate (picture 7). only used together with the inductive heating
unit.
10. Remove the inductive heating head (see ”tool change using the inductive heating
unit).
take out the shaft (picture 8) and remove the inductive heating unit from the
machine. the unit is sensitive so be careful.
11. mount the tool holders for rubber hoses (picture 9). three screws on each holder.
12. connect the air supply hoses (picture 1).
13. connect the reed contacts (picture2).
14. to change back again do the other way around.

10. Remove the inductive heating head (see "tool change using the inductive heating unit).
Take out the shaft (picture 8) and remove the inductive heating unit from the

12. Connect the air supply hoses (picture 1).
13. Connect the reed contacts (picture2).
14. To change back again do the other way around.
