Caution!
check the direction of rotation (the upper edge of the cutting blade shall rotate towards
the back part of the cutting machine) follow the direction arrows inside the cutting box. If
the machine starts to vibrate heavily, stop the machine immediately and check the reason
for the vibrations.
1.
remove the 5 pins from the hosereel and load the hose, insert the pins again to
center the coil.
2.
Push lever to position “Open” and then open the safety cover.
3.
pull the hose thru all hose guides and into the cutting machine.
4.
Close the safety hatch and push the lever to “closed” position.
5.
Turn the 3-way switch for the HoseReel to “Forward” on the AutoCut
Caution! the arm on the HoseReel feeding unit will now start automatically when the
hose “loop” decreases and stop again when the arm is in lowest position.
