Chapter 6 • Troubleshooting

Power LED not lit

If the Power LED does not light up, take the following steps. Note
that if the Power LED is not lit, it is likely that the remaining
LEDs will be off as well.

•

Check all cable connections and tighten any that seem loose.

•

If the Power LED still does not light up and remain steady,
power cycle the remote terminal by unplugging the power
cord from the power source, waiting 10 seconds, and
plugging it back in.

•

If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Power LED blinking

If the Power LED is blinking, take the following steps.

•

Check all cable connections and tighten any that seem loose.

•

If the Power LED still does not come on continuously, power
cycle the remote terminal by unplugging the power cord from
the power source, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back
in.

•

If the problem persists, contact technical support.
