10. Use the small angle approximation as seen in the equation below, where

represents the beam
position on the camera, to calculate the angular overlap between each beam and the reference laser.
Be sure to express all position and distance units in meters to get a beam angle overlap result in radians.

11. While comparing the reference laser will give a good indication of the beam overlap, to be complete
each laser position must be compared to all of the others. To download the beam ‘A lignment

12. Close the C-FLEX shutter
If each beam angle overlap is within specification ( < 100 µrad ) DO NOT re-align the system.
